They are modernising their operations and investing in technology to drive greater impact.The Role The Systems Accountant will support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's financial systems. Key points: • Enhance and support Business Central and Salesforce functionality • Improve data flows and financial processes • Identify automation opportunities using AI and new technologies • Support upgrades, testing, and system development • Provide training and guidance to Finance and wider teamsMain Duties The postholder will ensure that finance systems operate effectively, reliably, and in line with organisational needs.Key duties include: • Configure, maintain, and improve Business Central and related workflows • Ensure accurate, efficient data integration between Business Central, Salesforce, and other systems • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support • Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation • Lead on process improvements, automation, and AI-driven optimisationThe Successful Candidate
  • A part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with strong systems knowledge and problem-solving ability. • Experience with Business Central and Salesforce is highly desirable, as is a background in the charity or non-profit sector. • Enthusiastic about technology, automation, and applying AI to streamline finance processes.
