Head of Finance

T2MResourcing are working on behalf of a successful and growing Group who have an opportunity in a division for a Head of Finance. As Head of Finance, you will be the key commercial and finance business partner based at the Jersey site and lead the finance operations and partner with management to drive business success.

As Head of Finance your remit will include:

• Be the primary finance partner to the MD, providing insight, challenge and support on commercial and operational decisions.
• Partner with operational and sales leadership to improve profitability and drive insight into divisional and site P&Ls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning, translating financial outcomes into operational actions.
• Deliver clear analysis on sales, margin, pricing, cost control, stock and working capital.
• Oversee core finance processes - month-end close, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet integrity.
• Support stock management through analysis of excess, slow moving and aged stock.

What are we looking for:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Qualified
• Strong experience in commercial finance, business partnering with a proven background of successfully working with operational leaders.
• Understanding of stock accounting, stock valuation and stock control processes.
• Experience improving processes, reporting tools and internal controls
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Highly proficient with financial systems, reporting tools and Excel
