Salary: National Minimum Wage + bonus potential (based on work completed), with the possibility of additional hours as the role develops.

Hours: Monday to Friday circa 15 hours per week (some flexibility on agreeing hours) likely opportunities for overtime.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts and Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organised, ensuring orders are processed accurately and updating key contacts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring key information is checked
• Assisting with preparation of paperwork
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Preparing invoices and maintaining financial records
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide order confirmations and completion updates
• General administrative support for the accounts and operations team

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts or order processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
