What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key part in keeping the Purchase Ledger running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

• Working through the query management system to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reviewing contracts on the system to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Chasing goods receipting to confirm deliveries.
• Checking and requesting PODs.
• Contacting suppliers regarding outstanding credits.
• Collaborating with service centres to resolve queries efficiently.
• Providing hands on support to the Purchase Ledger team with day to day issues.
