Senior Risk & Compliance Manager - International Law Firm!

This dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join their expanding firm.

This role will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm's reputation and ensuring adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and as the firm expects to grow significantly in the short to medium term, there is clear potential for career progression as the Risk and Compliance Team expands.

You will be contributing to the development and maintenance of the firm's risk management strategy, policies, and procedures, conducting risk assessments across all areas of the firm's operations, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.

You will have substantial experience in a risk and compliance role within a law firm, with a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance frameworks, and possess comprehensive knowledge of SRA regulatory requirements, AML and sanctions legislation.
