Location: West End
Contract Type: Permanent

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office

Salary: 43,000 - 45,000

Hours: 9am- 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Payroll Advisor, you will:

• Oversee timely payroll operations across Europe and APAC, ensuring alignment with the global payroll calendar.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and escalate recurring issues during monthly reviews with third-party providers.
• Review and approve payroll input collation, resolving discrepancies with the HR Shared Services Payroll team.
• Act as the key liaison between the business, HR, and payroll providers, handling escalations and resolving payroll-related issues.
• Support internal and external payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior payroll advisors, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and aligning practices with global standards.
• Manage benefits administration, ensuring timely handling of employee benefits.
• Take ownership of complex payroll escalations, providing senior-level resolutions as needed.

• Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
