Description:	Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a fast-paced organisation based in Southampton on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring two debtor ledgers, supporting operational teams with efficient debt recovery processes. This role involves proactive credit control, accurate financial reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate management of outstanding debts. The Credit Controller Role: Proactively manage and recover aged debt via phone, email and written communication Produce and maintain accurate debtor reports for management and operations Maintain up-to-date debtor records and ensure accurate financial reporting Process transfers, direct debits, and deposit refunds Manage legal debt recovery and liaise with courts, solicitors, and site teams Review credit reports, conduct credit checks, and assess customer risk Attend regular meetings with managers to review outstanding debts and agree recovery actions Support year-end, audit processes, and recommend improvements to credit control procedures The Ideal Credit Controller Candidate: Previous experience within a similar position Comfortable managing both B2B and B2C accounts Experience using Netsuite to manage debtor ledgers and reporting is advantageous Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and reconciliations Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers Benefits: Competitive Salary 23 days holiday which increases with every year of service Healthcare Scheme Employee Benefits Scheme Please contact Zoe Jones at Dynamite Recruitment on (phone number removed) for more details or apply now
