What will the Bookkeeper role involve?

• Managing key financial transactions including invoicing, credit control, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Processing supplier invoices and payments, supporting smooth procurement operations.
• Overseeing company expense claims and credit card reconciliations to maintain transparency and control.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and contributing to financial audits to uphold compliance and transparency.
• Supporting the finance team to maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and overall financial health of the organisation, all while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.

Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy:

• AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification with proven experience in bookkeeping or similar finance roles.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with multi-currency transactions and international exposure.
• Proficient in accounting software and comfortable learning new financial management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
