| Description: | Finance Manager (Part-Time) Hours: 16 hours per week (hybrid working, with at least 50% of time in the Guildford office) Oakleaf Enterprise is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the organisation, working closely with the Chief Executive, Trustees and wider Senior Management Team. You ll oversee all financial activity, ensure compliance with Charity SORP and relevant regulations, and support the organisation to operate efficiently and responsibly. About the role You will lead on all financial reporting, planning and compliance, and ensure financial information is accurate, timely and useful for decision-making. You will also manage one member of staff (Finance Administrator) and work with colleagues across the organisation to support budgeting, forecasting, project costing and grant applications.
