We re supporting a boutique accountancy and tax advisory firm based in Marlow, working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients. The team prides itself on delivering high-quality work, practical advice, and exceptional client care in a collaborative and welcoming environment.

As a key member of the team, you will work across a broad mix of compliance and advisory work, including:
  • Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
  • Producing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
  • Managing Corporation Tax compliance
  • Preparing and submitting P11Ds
  • Responding to HMRC enquiries across VAT, Corporation Tax, and Self Assessment
  • Assisting with Self Assessment tax returns
  • Supporting ad-hoc tax advisory projects
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance where needed
We re looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-focused, and comfortable working directly with clients.
You will ideally have:
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience using Xero, Sage, and/or QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of client work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting, mentoring, or reviewing the work of others
  • Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (depending on experience)
