As a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations-working alongside skilled financial professionals to deliver robust, accurate and timely business information. You'll have the opportunity to lead modernisation initiatives, drive process efficiency and digitalisation, and make a direct impact on decision-making in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Preparing monthly management accounts, general ledger closing, and group reporting packs Overseeing SAP Cockpit and the P2P workflow to drive compliance and on-time processing Managing, coaching, and developing a Trainee Accountant, supporting career progression Improving and streamlining finance processes through digital tools and analytics Supporting audits, statutory accounting, tax activities, and all aspects of internal controls
Essential - Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar environment
- Excellent knowledge of financial tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in driving process improvements
Desirable - Experience with Power BI and finance process automation
- Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change
- Effective communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills across all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient approach to meeting deadlines and managing priorities
