• Deliver high-quality Indirect Tax advisory services to clients within the Financial Services sector.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support and mentor junior team members through coaching, supervision, and project leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated, strategic advice.
• Lead on VAT/Indirect Tax advisory projects, often involving multi-country or cross-functional work.
• Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios and play an active role in business development.
• Contribute to operational and strategic initiatives within the team, including the development of junior staff.

• Strong Indirect Tax/VAT experience, ideally gained within Financial Services.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proactive, commercially minded professional with the confidence to build client relationships.
• Strong project-management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Experience supervising junior team members and contributing to their development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to identify and convert business-development opportunities.

• Experience working on Financial Services tax matters.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, law qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines in a consulting or professional services environment.
