Financial Accountant - qualified

Are you an ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant or someone who is a few papers off completion looking to join a forward thinking and growing global company. Maybe you have been working in practice and looking to move to your first commercial role or just someone with commercial experience within a global or multi entity company.

Responsibilities

• Month end closure to tight deadlines
• Accruals & prepayments
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Balance sheet controls for multiple entities
• Maintaining SOX control compliance
• Inventory analysis
• Cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Statutory accounts preparation and year end audit support
• Government statistical returns
• Absorption costing and cost capitalisation calculations
• Fixed asset register management and depreciation
• VAT and Corporation tax support and tax compliance
• Process improvement

Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist (please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria as there is no exceptions)
• Local this is hybrid, however you are required to be in the office 3 days a week
• Solid financial accounting experience
• Good systems and Excel skills
• Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy in all work undertaken.
