Role responsibilities:

• Draft suitability reports with guidance.
• Liaise with Financial Planners to complete and accurate information for advice.
• Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare appropriate recommendations.
• Support advisers with technical guidance to help deliver good consumer outcomes.
• Conduct research and maintain compliance throughout all casework.
• Keep workflows and records up to date to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Meet output targets for producing advice documents.
• Communicate effectively with advisers, client support, and colleagues.
• Manage personal caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate files and documentation.
• Gather and analyse policy data; produce illustrations and supporting documents.
• Assist with processing new business.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a Paraplanning role in a similar environment.
• Experience of working with IT systems that support this service.
• Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to learn new skills/knowledge.
• Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail.
