Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join a successful Advice company.

Our client is a Pension specialist Adviser company, who work with clients across the UK, specifically within the DB Pension space. As their proposition and business goes from strength to strength, they are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Compliance Director. You can work fully remotely, with occasional travel required for management meetings in their Manchester office.

Duties:

• Assist the Compliance Director in day to day management of the compliance function
• Training, developing and mentoring the compliance analysts
• Deliver company file review programmes, undertaking compliance reviews and reporting all finding to management
• Oversight of complaints handling
• Keeping up with FCA rules and regulations

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in a Compliance Manager position
• Strong DB Pension experience and knowledge
• Pension qualifications (e.g. G60/AF3/AF7/AF8 or equivalent)
• Good working knowledge of FCA regulations
