| Description: | If you're an experienced Paraplanner who wants to be more than just the person behind the report, this could be a great move. A small, growing London-based financial planning firm is looking to bring in a Paraplanner to work closely with its advisers and client team. The client base is made up largely of business owners, legal professionals and City-based individuals - thoughtful clients who value proper planning. This is a hands-on role where your work genuinely matters. You'll be building detailed cashflow models (Voyant), producing clear and well-structured suitability reports, carrying out technical research across pensions, investments and protection, and helping shape planning strategies after reviews. You'll work closely with advisers to understand each client's priorities and help translate that into clear, compliant advice. They're looking for someone who: Holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning Has at least three years' paraplanning experience Is technically strong across pensions, investments and protection Takes pride in producing accurate, well-presented work Enjoys being part of a collaborative, professional team Experience with Voyant, Intelliflo Office and AJ Bell would be useful, but not essential. On offer: £40,000 - £50,000 basic (depending on experience) Private medical insurance, income protection, death in service, health cash plan and salary sacrifice pension Hybrid working Early finish every Friday An additional day off at the end of each month Ongoing support with professional development and further qualifications This is a close-knit business where you won't feel like a number. It's professional but friendly, ambitious but sensible - a firm that values quality over volume. If you're looking for a long-term home where your technical ability is recognised and your contribution makes a difference, this is worth exploring. Please contact Jo at Financial Divisions. | |
