Paraplanner

The Company: Nationally renowned, growth orientated wealth management firm looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their technical adviser support team. A progressive, forward-thinking financial advisory business who are part of a wider group and looking to expand as we head into the latter part of 2025.

• Office Location: Chesterfield
• Working Setup: Hybrid - 3-days in the office & 2-days WFH

Package: £35-40k DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

• Benefits: Pension, 4xDIS, 23-days holiday + stats plus a full company flex benefits package
• Working hours: 37.5hrs p/w

The Role: A broad research/report writing role supporting multiple high performing financial advisers. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Once in receipt of a completed 'fact find' and client meeting sheet collate all the relevant quantitative detailed information required to compile a financial services report.
• Discuss the client's needs and objectives with the relevant adviser.
• Undertake research to identify suitable solutions to meet the client's needs and objectives.
• Prepare information for analysis by the adviser.
• Prepare and discuss draft recommendation report with the relevant adviser.
• Prepare Cashflow report where relevant
• Prepare suitability reports in accordance with the agreed recommendations.
• Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile etc.
• Assist with annual rebalance of model portfolios

The Person: You will be Diploma qualified (or close to) and come from an IFA/wealth management background with full product research and suitability report writing support experience. Do you:
