Investment Banking Executive (M&A & Equity Fundraising)

An independent investment banking advisory is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Executive to strengthen its execution capability.

The firm advises on mid-market M&A and equity fundraising transactions, typically between £40m-£100m, with exposure to larger deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing end-to-end M&A and fundraising processes
• Preparing financial models and transaction materials
• Coordinating due diligence and external advisers
• Acting as a client-facing representative
• Supporting junior team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience in M&A or corporate finance
• Track record of closing mid-market transactions
• Strong financial modelling and commercial judgement
• Ability to operate independently within a small team
