Interim Financial Controller

A rapidly expanding organisation undergoing significant growth is seeking an experienced Financial Controller on an Interim basis. This role offers the chance to take ownership of group-level financial reporting, working closely with senior leadership and supporting ongoing integration activity. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys operating autonomously with a high degree of accountability.

As an Interim Financial Controller, you will be:

• Leading the preparation of group financial and management reports, including consolidation of subsidiary results.
• Producing monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
• Overseeing weekly group cashflow reporting.
• Supporting the post-acquisition integration process and alignment of reporting frameworks.
• Acting as the technical accounting lead, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
• Strengthening internal controls and risk management across the group.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in a group finance environment at FC level or similar.
• Background in listed company reporting requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience using Xero is beneficial.
