| Description: | Housing Governance & Compliance Manager London Bridge £65,000 - £75,000 Would you like to join Hyde as a Housing Governance & Compliance Manager? At Hyde, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality homes and creating sustainable communities. We work in partnership with investment clients who fund and develop homes that are managed by Hyde. One of these partnerships is expanding its Funded Private Rented Portfolio (FPRP) across the UK, and we are looking for a Housing Governance & Compliance Manager to support the governance and regulatory oversight of this portfolio. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the portfolio operates to the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and health and safety. You will work closely with Hyde teams, the property managing agent, the fund administrator and the FPRP Board to establish strong assurance frameworks and ensure residents live in safe, compliant homes. Reporting to the Senior Contract Delivery Manager, you will help oversee the governance and regulatory arrangements for the portfolio, ensuring all obligations are met and that the Board receives clear reporting and assurance to support effective oversight.
