This is a most unusual opportunity for a FRENCH speaking Junior Paraplanner who is looking for their next step and is keen to use language skills. You will join a stable and well-respected IFA boutique working across clients in France and the UK. The company creates completely bespoke, personalised benefits advice for its well-known corporate clients and trusted by the HR Benefits teams they work for. The role is interesting and varied and you will have direct impact on the success of both your clients business, (specifically their staff retention rates) and on this IFA's business too. You will also have the invaluable opportunity to learn from someone who is already at the top-of-their game and who you can learn from in order to develop your career long term

Title: Junior French Paraplanner /Benefits Administrator

Languages: French (good conversational level)

Salary : to 35,000 per annum + benefits

Location: London's west end

Work style: Hybrid (4 days in the office and 1 day wfh)

Role in a nutshell: B2B advisory support role looking after the company benefits schemes of clients in France and the UK.

DUTIES

Speak to B2B clients

  • Liaising directly with the clients in France and the UK
  • Developing a good understanding of client concerns and business aims
  • Work on a caseload from the start to completion
  • Chase benefits providers for any relevant additional information

Get quotations. Renew Benefits

  • Check for the renewal dates of various employee benefits and insurance policies
  • Advise the client for upcoming renewals , prices or any changes that need to be made
  • Add new joiners or remove former employees from the benefit schemes .
  • Research new quotes from benefits providers
  • Research the market for any new benefits that may be relevant to the client

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good spoken French
  • Actively working towards paraplanner qualifications (CII, CISI, or equivalent).
  • Financial services or HR Benefits background
