We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing financial-services firm seeking a Business Manager to support advisers, paraplanners, and clients across the business. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days look the same - perfect for someone who loves responsibility, problem-solving, and making things happen.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a central role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional service. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Coordination & Review Management

  • Identifying clients due for review and arranging appointments
  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Gathering missing information and ensuring data is accurately uploaded to Intelliflo

Case Management & Administration

  • Supporting advisers with new business applications
  • Liaising with providers, lenders, and clients to progress cases
  • Uploading documents, chasing outstanding information, and ensuring nothing stalls

Operational Support

  • Managing the central diary and booking internal meetings
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
  • Sorting daily post and managing secure data storage

Ongoing Client Servicing

  • Processing top-ups, withdrawals, and platform transactions
  • Monitoring transfers, claiming fees, and investing client monies
  • Preparing annual review packs and supporting paraplanners with compliance submissions

What we're looking for

  • Experience in financial services as a IFA Administrator
  • A genuine interest in UK financial planning and wealth management
  • Outstanding organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with ease
  • Strong written skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Education & Development

An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) is desirable, but the standout factor is your attitude and ambition. You'll be supported to work towards a Level 4 financial advice qualification, opening the door to future progression within the firm.
