• Oversee Payroll Software: Ensure accurate data entry and processing in payroll systems, troubleshooting any software issues alongside IT or vendors.
• Design Payroll Processes: Lead the creation and delivery of payroll processes tailored to assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Complex Queries: Serve as an escalation point for intricate payroll queries, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to payroll processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Audit Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation for payroll audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage Payroll Operations: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate calculations of wages, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance: Work closely with the finance team to manage monthly reconciliations and prepare necessary payroll pre-checks for senior management approval.
