Location: Kingston upon Thames, Greater London

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Start: Monday 20th April
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Office based for 2 weeks training and then hybrid with parking

We're searching for a dedicated Temporary Bookkeeper to join our clients vibrant team.

What You'll Do:
As their Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their financial health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Collaborating with their finance team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining organised financial documentation and records

What they are looking For:
They want someone who is not just skilled, but also brings a positive vibe to their team! The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with NetSuite is a plus!)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
