The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Investment Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in investment management, venture capital, or financial operations.

You will play a key role in supporting the investment, operations, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and exceptional service for investors and portfolio companies. The role offers hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle from fundraising and transaction support to compliance and client relations.

Investment Administrator Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate calls and meetings with investors and portfolio companies.
• Assist in reviewing investment applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and manage payment instructions and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of companies, deals, and investments, and assist in preparing reports for external stakeholders.
• Collect, organise, and share investment certificates and related documentation.
• Respond to investor and partner queries via email and online platforms.
• Assist the compliance team with document checks, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.

Your Skills and Experience

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable using digital tools.
• Interested in startups, venture capital, or financial services, with a desire to build a long-term career in the investment industry.
