We're looking for a hands-on interim senior financial accountant to step into a critical role supporting balance sheet control and reconciliation. This is a delivery-focused role - ideal for someone who can quickly take ownership, bring structure, and drive improvements across key balance sheet areas. What you'll be doing:
Leading balance sheet reconciliation and clean-up activity across:
AR, AP and Cash
VAT, liabilities and other key accounts
Driving control and accuracy across material balances
Preparing balance sheet reviews and improving reporting quality
Reviewing and enhancing the quality of reconciliations
Partnering with stakeholders to run and deliver reconciliation projects
Embedding robust, scalable processes and controls
What we're looking for:
Strong track record in balance sheet control / recs / clean-up projects
Solid Oracle ERP experience - understanding subledgers GL is key
Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to deliver at pace
Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfortable working across teams to drive outcomes to completion
