Your new role Interim Employee Relations & Change Specialist Job 12m FTC Up to 75k pro rata London, Hybrid: 3 days in office
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as an ER Specialist in a financial services organisation is required - applications without industry-specific experience will not be considered at this time. Ownership of complex casework, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals Change management: M&A, TUPEs, restructuring and consultation Policy / process aligning to streamline Managing the changes of the Employment Rights Bill
