Description

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses against allocated funds.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Support the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as required.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer should have:

• A solid understanding of payroll processing and financial record-keeping.
