SJC Partners is currently partnering with a leading boutique investment bank to hire an Associate into one of their award-winning sector teams in Manchester. This is a standout opportunity to join a globally leading M&A platform, with the team winning multiple awards for completed transactions in 2025. The Role You will play a key role in executing end-to-end M&A transactions, including:
Building and reviewing DCF, LBO & valuation models
Leading financial analysis and due diligence
Preparing IMs, pitches, and client presentations
Managing analysts and supporting client relationships
What they are Looking For
3-5 years' M&A advisory experience
Strong financial modelling skillset (DCF, LBO)
Solid understanding of financial statements & valuation
Tech sector experience is a plus (not essential)
