What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Deliver comprehensive financial insights and management reports that empower strategic decision-making across the group
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with company growth ambitions
Collaborate closely with operational teams to optimise costs, improve efficiencies, and support business development initiatives
Maintain robust financial controls and systems enhancements to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Act as a key partner in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of financial excellence throughout the organisation

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

Hold a professional accounting qualification or be studying towards ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
Experience in management accounting within manufacturing or production environments
Strong expertise in cost management, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
Proficient with ERP systems (such as SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and insight
