Description: Are you ready to influence financial strategy and drive meaningful change? A leading company in the FM industry is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner in Greater Manchester to lead financial decisions and support operational success.

The Role

As the Finance Business Partner, you ll:
  • Provide financial leadership to the operational team.
  • Deliver insight-driven reporting to support key contractual and commercial decision-making.
  • Identify efficiencies and profit improvement opportunities, supporting regional and segment initiatives.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place.
  • Build effective working relationships with operational stakeholders through collaboration.
You

To be successful in the role of Finance Business Partner, you ll bring:
  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Proven finance business partnering experience at senior leadership level within a complex contract environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Experience managing client and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills within a matrix structure.
