Description

• Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Respond to supplier queries and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit purposes.

Profile
