The Senior Management Accountant will provide key financial insight and support decision-making within a growing manufacturing and e-commerce business.

Description

• Produce and present monthly management accounts to inform commercial decisions.
• Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activity to support delivery of financial targets.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
• Partner with budget holders to monitor spend and improve resource efficiency.
• Support year-end processes, audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis, projects and business cases.
• Continuously review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

• Proven experience across management accounting, reporting and financial control
• Highly detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and complex financial data
• Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
• Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT and HMRC requirements
• Proactive and improvement-focused, with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
