The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance, working closely with the finance leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders. This is a varied position offering exposure across business partnering, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts to tight deadlines
Produce insightful monthly management reporting packs
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial guidance and support decision-making
Oversee stock control processes and reporting
Maintain and enhance robust internal controls
Deliver detailed analysis on departmental performance and margin reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance leadership
Contribute to ongoing process improvements, including reporting enhancements and system upgrades
Candidate Profile
Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA)
Proven track record in preparing management accounts within a commercial environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
