Part-Time Finance Director - Worthing - £500-£700pd

We are supporting a growing SME business in Worthing with the appointment of a Part-Time Finance Director, working 2 days per week, for an estimated 6-month period.

Reporting to the Board, you will play a central role in strengthening financial decision-making and supporting the next phase of the organisation's growth. This is a visible, influential Finance Director position with genuine scope to add value.

Finance Director responsibilities:

• Providing trusted strategic financial support to the Board
• Producing and owning financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning
• Supporting business planning, budgeting and cashflow management
• Reviewing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting
• Acting as a senior financial sounding board to support growth and change

You will be a qualified and experienced Finance Director, comfortable working in a hands-on capacity while also contributing at a strategic level.
