| Description: | We're supporting a high-growth, independent tax and advisory firm in Basingstoke as they recruit a Personal Tax Senior Manager with a clear, structured pathway to Director within 1-3 years. The Role • Lead a high-value portfolio of HNWIs, entrepreneurs, property investors, and trusts. • Deliver complex advisory work across residence & domicile, IHT, CGT, property tax, succession planning, and restructuring. • Review complex compliance work and ensure high technical standards. • Mentor and develop junior team members as part of a growing private client function. • Play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and shaping the firm's tax strategy. About You • CTA qualified (or equivalent senior-level experience). • Strong background in personal tax advisory and complex private client work. • Confident leading client relationships and delivering high-quality planning. • Proven leadership skills with experience developing staff. • Commercially minded with an interest in contributing to firmwide growth.
