Private Equity-Backed, High-Growth Property Group £250m+ Revenue

An ambitious, highly acquisitive property business, backed by a leading private equity firm, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its dynamic and fast-paced team based in Liverpool Street, London.

This London-headquartered group continues to expand rapidly through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, and this role offers a high-visibility opportunity to influence decision-making across a multi-entity and regionally diverse portfolio.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a key link between finance and the operational teams, taking full ownership of regional financial performance and driving meaningful insight through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end regional financial management including P&L ownership, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow analysis
  • Delivery of month-end and narrative packs for senior management, highlighting key trends and variances
  • Review and reporting of consistent operational KPIs across multiple entities
  • Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of data integrity across core and non-core systems
  • Oversight of trade debtors and aged creditor control, working closely with local teams
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns for designated entities
  • Post-acquisition integration of financials and liaison with legacy finance teams
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls, supporting a culture of best practice across the group
  • Support for internal and external audit processes

About You

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar finance business partnering role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
  • Strong management reporting, analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and solid understanding of core financial systems
  • Confident in prioritising and delivering to tight deadlines
