As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while working closely with senior leadership to ensure exceptional service standards and continuous improvement across delivery and team capability.

• Managing a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction
• Planning and coordinating audit and accounts engagements directly with clients
• Reviewing financial statements, audit files, and year-end accounts with detailed commentary for senior review
• Overseeing timely completion of statutory filings, including accounts and tax submissions
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Supporting wider advisory work including tax and business consultancy assignments
• Monitoring portfolio performance and driving improvements against key departmental KPIs
• Supporting junior team members with coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
• Contributing to training and succession planning across the team structure

• Strong background within practice, ideally in audit and accounts within accountancy
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality outputs
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent technical ability with strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements

• Competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
