| Description: | Senior Project Manager Kent Remote Hybrid Excellent salary We are looking for a strong IT Project Manager to work for our client in Kent, the Project Manager will have experience of data migrations and the role will be a remote hybrid position with 2 days on site in Kent per week. Project manager responsibilities To lead the successful delivery of technology projects that support business objectives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring that technology solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. Champion the Change Framework through managing processes and knowledge transfer to ensure that all required change is delivered under the framework. Look for opportunities for continuous improvement of the change framework. Ensure governance of the projects and provide PMO activities to ensure that all projects are delivered under the change framework, evidenced and Audit ready. Key Accountabilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables so that there is clear alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets so that progress can be effectively tracked and controlled. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies so that potential impacts are identified early and mitigated appropriately. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams so that delivery is cohesive and efficient. Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders so that expectations are managed and decisions are well-informed. Monitor project performance against agreed milestones and KPIs so that corrective action can be taken where necessary. Ensure appropriate governance and reporting is in place so that projects remain compliant with organisational standards. | |
