Maintain and develop financial models for forecasting and planning, identifying risks and opportunities.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, and payments.
Prepare budgets, monitor performance against targets, and control expenditure.
Produce monthly management accounts and analyse financial performance.
Monitor project and programme budgets, including tracking different funding streams.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all income and expenditure.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and receivables.
Support funding applications and reporting through budget preparation and financial analysis.
Lead the audit process, including preparation of schedules and liaison with auditors.
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Prepare statutory accounts and oversee payroll and tax-related obligations.
Manage indirect tax reporting and submissions.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
Skills & Experience
Qualified accountant with relevant professional experience.
