Description:	Real Estate - Interim Senior Accountant - Up to £400 Per Day - 3-6Months - Manchester Your new company Listed global real estate investment, capital and property management group. Your new role As an experienced Interim Senior Accountant, you will be working in an autonomous role that encompasses statutory and management accounting with duties including, but not limited to, taking ownership of statutory accounts, year-end, audit and consolidation, and supporting with management accounts and month-end. Please note, this role is full-time and will be based Monday-Thursday in city centre office where you will be working alongside the wider team. What you'll need to succeed You will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a background in large complex organisations. You will possess a technical skillset with extensive experience in statutory accounts and audit. You will have a proven history of leading all financial and statutory reporting and providing financial support to the wider business. Real estate or property background would be desirable but not essential. You will be self-motivated and adaptable as you will be reporting to a Line Manager based outside the UK.
