Managing financial reporting and compliance activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to meet business and operational needs
Taking ownership of US GAAP reporting and liaising with both internal and external auditors
Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal financial controls and standards
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
