This is a highly visible position offering genuine scope to make an impact and work closely with top-tier stakeholders, including exposure to executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating as a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the commercial leadership team across the UK and European markets. You will take ownership of multiple P&Ls and provide clear, insightful analysis to support business performance.Key responsibilities include:
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including a General Manager, to influence strategic and operational decisions
Leading budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes
Providing commercial insight across pricing, promotions and investment decisions
Driving ROI analysis and challenging performance to ensure optimal resource allocation
Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Supporting cross-functional initiatives, including supply chain and inventory optimisation
Playing a proactive role in improving financial understanding across the wider business

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
Experience managing or supporting complex P&Ls within a fast-paced environment
Background in consumer-led, retail or FMCG environments (highly desirable, but not essential)
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability and strong financial modelling experience
Ability to present financial information clearly, with strong storytelling and communication skills
Resilience, confidence and the ability to challenge constructively
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
