An established professional services firm is seeking a newly qualified ACA accountant to join its Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a role focused on transactions, strategy, and advisory while building on your existing practice experience.

This position is ideal for someone currently working in accountancy practice who has recently qualified and is looking to broaden their experience beyond accounts preparation and compliance. If you have an interest in how businesses grow, buy, and sell, this role offers valuable exposure to commercial projects.

You will support senior team members across a range of assignments, including:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Company valuations
• Financial analysis and modelling
• Due diligence
• Strategic and commercial advisory projects
• Supporting clients with succession planning

The firm is looking for someone with strong technical foundations, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in corporate finance. Experience working with clients in practice, alongside an ACA qualification, will provide a solid base for success in this role.
