Finance Director

Finance Director - Crawley (on-site) - Permanent - c£80k

I am partnering exclusively with a well-established SME group based on the outskirts of Crawley who are looking for a Finance Director to join the team. A strong benefits package on offer inc. Bonus, share options, private health and an enhanced pension.

As their new Finance Director, you will take full responsibility for the finance function whist providing strategic support as a member of the senior leadership team. You will report into an excellent MD and manage a small, experienced team.

Finance Director responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership - month-end, year-end, budgeting & forecasting
• Strategic Support - partner closely with the MD proving analysis & guidance
• Business Analysis - KPIs, cash-flow & cost savings
• Accounting - oversee day-to-day accounting, management accounts & audit
• Systems - responsibility for & continual improvement of ERP system

As a fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Director, you will have held a role at a similar level within an SME and possess excellent working knowledge of an ERP system.

If you are driven, problem solving individual who is comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the detail, whilst supporting the commercial side of a business, then this is the role for you.
