An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Analyst to join a large, fast-paced and highly successful business. This role offers the chance to work closely with operational and senior stakeholders, providing valuable financial insight and analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is qualified by experience or currently studying towards a professional qualification and looking to further develop their analytical, reporting and business partnering skills within a commercial environment.

• Produce accurate and timely financial reporting, including weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Analyse and communicate key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insight into key business drivers
• Assist with costing analysis and ensure financial data is accurate and reliable
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Prepare and review monthly reports, investigating and resolving queries where required
• Provide meaningful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and finance processes

• Qualified by experience or studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised and able to work effectively to deadlines
• Keen to develop within a commercial finance environment
