• Leading the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a complex and varied client portfolio
• Advising on corporation tax, group structures, M&A, business reorganisations, and wider tax planning matters
• Overseeing the review of corporate tax returns and computations prepared by managers and junior staff
• Playing a central role in business development activity, including client proposals, networking, and identifying opportunities to grow the tax practice
• Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders
• Leading, mentoring, and developing managers and junior members of the corporate tax team
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the tax department in partnership with the firm's senior leadership

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with an exceptional corporate tax background gained within practice
• At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience at manager or senior manager level, with a strong track record of delivering complex corporate tax advisory work
• Deep technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation
• A natural leader with demonstrable experience developing and inspiring tax teams
• Commercially driven with a proactive and strategic approach to business development
