The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to step into a leadership role with a growing financial planning firm.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Paraplanners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to Financial Advisers while maintaining excellent standards of compliance, efficiency, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Paraplanners
• Oversee the production of suitability reports and technical research
• Act as a technical point of contact for complex cases
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with Advisers, Compliance and wider support teams
• Support training and development across the paraplanning function

About You

• Minimum 3 years' Paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
