Interim Financial Controller

We are partnering with a leading global FMCG manufacturer to appoint an experienced Interim Operational Financial Controller to support one of its key UK production sites during a critical period of business transformation and performance improvement.

Reporting directly into the European SLT and working closely with the operational leadership team, this is a highly visible role requiring a commercially minded finance professional who can provide robust financial control while driving operational performance across a complex manufacturing environment.

Ideally you will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience as a Financial Controller, Plant Controller or Site Finance Lead within manufacturing.
• Have a strong understanding of standard costing, inventory management and manufacturing accounting. FMCG or process manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in an interim, hands-on environment and be commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
