Onsite position (4/5 days per week in office)
We're partnering with a multi-entity international business to appoint a hands-on finance professional into a broad and highly trusted role supporting a diverse portfolio of entities, investments and operational activities. Working closely with the Finance Director, this position will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, management reporting and treasury support across a complex multi-entity structure.This role is an on-site position and would require office working for 4 or 5 days per week.The RoleYou'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth operational finance processes and strong day-to-day cash and treasury management. The role offers broad exposure across multiple entities and investment structures, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both operational and commercial finance activities.Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records across multiple entities and structures
Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, intercompany balances and balance sheet accounts
Manage supplier payments, expenses and day-to-day accounts payable processes
Support treasury operations across multiple bank accounts and currencies
Monitor cash balances, funding requirements and payment obligations
Assist with budgeting, reporting and variance analysis
Support VAT returns, statutory reporting and audit preparation
Work closely with external advisers, banking contacts and other stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements
About You
Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Previous experience within a multi-entity finance environment
Strong bookkeeping and management accounting experience
Confident preparing reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and month-end reporting
Be able to commit to on-site office working 4 or 5 days per week
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
Experience within private investment, property, entrepreneurial or complex group structures beneficial
